This is the small text, i.e. returns policy’s, payment policies etc.
Please be aware we cannot fix problems we are unaware of.
Returns or exchanges will be accepted in the event of product defect upon arrival if returned within 14 days. Exchanges will only be of the same item originally purchased.
Exchange for incorrectly ordered products is available however all postage costs arising from the return of the original item and postage of the new item are to the account of the customer. Exchanges will only be accepted on items that have not been fitted, modified or damaged in any way.
Postage costs as given on this website include packaging and handling costs. The cost is a flat fee Australia wide and the actual cost on the postal stamp may vary depending on your location.
Our Item descriptions are as accurate as possible and we make every attempt to keep it that way. However we reserve the right to change any aspect of the product, its design and its price at any time. Should any change negatively affect fitment on the relevant motorcycle refund or exchange may be granted however this decision is solely up to Mustard Bikes.
Mustard Bikes is still only a small business. While we make every attempt to maintain our stock levels we do sometimes run out. In this rare case items will be placed on backorder. In extreme cases order cancellation may be offered.
